What to expect from our initial call
Before we embark on a programme together, we’ll have an initial clarity call, which happens virtually via phone or Zoom.
During this call, we’ll explore what’s important to you, what your aims are, and what you hope to gain from the programme.
Becoming the leader we’re capable of being requires commitment and often courage – the courage to step into sometimes ‘sticky’ territory of how we might be getting in our own and others’ way.
Importantly this initial call is an opportunity for you to get a feel for me, and whether you perceive I’d be a good fit for you.
Your own unique programme
Once we’ve agreed to work together, we will jointly map out the format (virtual/face to face), broad themes and timings.
To help you truly thrive as a leader, it’s important that you’re in the driving seat when it comes to our conversations. You’re the expert on you, and I will seek your direction on how we can best work together.
Flexibility is an important aspect of how we’ll collaborate, enabling us to refine and adapt the programme to meet your needs as your insights deepen and you learn more about who you are as a leader, and where you want to focus.
