Why I’m Passionate About What I Do
Transitioning into leadership for the first time was one of the most challenging of my career. I remember being confident on the technical aspects of the job, and was ambitious to progress, however managing people was a huge learning curve.
Years later I experienced transformational leadership coaching. It inspired me to train as a coach and to support leaders much earlier in their careers.
Leadership can be a thankless task, so much of what is really valued goes unseen (and often unrecognised), yet it can also be hugely energising and deeply rewarding.
I love working with aspiring leaders of the future who want to be the best they can be and are committed to investing in themselves.

My Background
The first 20 years of my career was spent in the Pharmaceutical industry in a variety of national and international leadership roles. I went through the sales and marketing route prior to general management.
In 2011 I trained as a coach with the intention of strengthening my leadership skills, however loved it so much, I decided to start my own business.
My time is split between one to one coaching, leadership team development, and workshop facilitation.
I love learning and am committed to continually investing in my professional development.

I am an accredited associate coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and abide by their code of ethics: https://coachfederation.org/code-of-ethics
As an accredited facilitator of Harrison Assessments, I work with clients to understand their key leadership strengths and potential derailers: http://tlcoaching.harrisonassessments.co.uk
Additionally I have a certificate in team coaching (2015) having trained under David Clutterbuck, and am also accredited to work with Team Emotional Intelligence via Ei World.
